1. Vé máy bay1. Flights

• Việc đổi/hủy/hoàn vé tuân theo quy định của từng hãng bay và loại vé (vé khuyến mãi thường không hoàn/đổi hoặc mất phí cao hơn vé phổ thông).Ticket changes/cancellations/refunds follow each airline's rules for that fare class — promotional fares are usually non-refundable or non-changeable, or carry a higher fee than standard fares.
• Ngoài phí của hãng bay (nếu có), ATCtrip có thể thu thêm phí xử lý cho việc hỗ trợ đổi/hủy.In addition to any airline fee, ATCtrip may charge a processing fee for handling the change/cancellation.
• Để yêu cầu đổi/hủy vé, liên hệ hotline hoặc email kèm mã đơn, họ tên hành khách và lý do.To request a change or cancellation, contact the hotline or email with your order code, passenger name and reason.
• Thời gian xử lý hoàn tiền (nếu đủ điều kiện) thường từ 7–15 ngày làm việc tùy hãng bay.If eligible, refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days depending on the airline.

2. Tour du lịch2. Tours

Chính sách hủy tour thường áp dụng theo mức phí tăng dần khi càng gần ngày khởi hành (ví dụ: hủy càng sát ngày đi, phí phạt càng cao, có thể mất một phần hoặc toàn bộ tiền cọc). Mức phí cụ thể theo từng tour sẽ được ATCtrip thông báo rõ khi xác nhận đặt chỗ.Tour cancellation policies usually apply an increasing fee the closer to the departure date (the closer to departure, the higher the penalty, up to losing part or all of the deposit). The exact fee schedule for each tour is stated clearly by ATCtrip when the booking is confirmed.

• Nếu ATCtrip hoặc đối tác lữ hành hủy tour (ví dụ do không đủ khách, sự kiện bất khả kháng), khách hàng được hoàn lại 100% số tiền đã thanh toán hoặc chuyển sang tour/ngày khởi hành khác.If ATCtrip or the tour partner cancels the tour (for example, not enough travelers, or force majeure), customers receive a full refund or may switch to another tour/departure date.
• Yêu cầu hủy/đổi tour gửi qua hotline hoặc email kèm mã đơn và lý do; ATCtrip phản hồi trong vòng 24 giờ làm việc.Send cancellation/change requests via hotline or email with your order code and reason; ATCtrip responds within 24 business hours.

3. Dịch vụ visa3. Visa services

• Trước khi ATCtrip bắt đầu xử lý hồ sơ, khách hàng có thể hủy yêu cầu và được hoàn lại toàn bộ phí đã đóng.Before ATCtrip begins processing the application, customers may cancel and receive a full refund of any fee already paid.
• Sau khi ATCtrip đã tư vấn, hỗ trợ điền đơn hoặc nộp hồ sơ, phí dịch vụ tư vấn không được hoàn lại vì công việc đã phát sinh, kể cả khi hồ sơ không được cơ quan lãnh sự chấp thuận.Once ATCtrip has provided consulting, helped fill in forms or submitted the application, the service fee is non-refundable because the work has already been carried out — this applies even if the consulate does not approve the application.
• Phí/lệ phí nộp trực tiếp cho cơ quan lãnh sự, đại sứ quán (nếu có) tuân theo chính sách hoàn phí riêng của cơ quan đó, ATCtrip không kiểm soát khoản này.Any fees paid directly to the consulate/embassy follow that authority's own refund policy — ATCtrip has no control over these fees.

4. Phụ kiện du lịch4. Travel accessories

• Được đổi/trả trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ khi nhận hàng nếu sản phẩm bị lỗi, hư hỏng do vận chuyển hoặc giao sai mẫu/sai số lượng so với đơn đặt.Exchange/return is accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item/quantity was delivered.
• Sản phẩm đổi/trả cần còn nguyên tem mác, chưa qua sử dụng và còn đầy đủ phụ kiện, hộp/túi đi kèm.Items returned must have original tags intact, be unused and include all accompanying accessories, box or bag.
• Không áp dụng đổi/trả với lý do không thích/đổi ý sau khi đã nhận hàng, trừ trường hợp có thỏa thuận riêng.Returns for reasons such as simply changing your mind after receiving the item are not accepted, unless otherwise agreed.
• Để yêu cầu đổi/trả, liên hệ hotline hoặc email kèm mã đơn và hình ảnh sản phẩm trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ khi nhận hàng.To request an exchange/return, contact the hotline or email with your order code and photos of the item within 3 days of delivery.

5. Cách gửi yêu cầu hoàn/hủy5. How to submit a request

1. Gọi hotline 0912 256 376 hoặc gửi email tới support@atctrip.vn, cung cấp mã đơn hàng và lý do hủy/hoàn.Call the hotline 0912 256 376 or email support@atctrip.vn, providing your order code and the reason for the cancellation/refund.
2. ATCtrip xác nhận yêu cầu, thông báo mức phí (nếu có) và số tiền hoàn dự kiến trước khi xử lý.ATCtrip confirms the request and informs you of any fee and the expected refund amount before proceeding.
3. Tiền hoàn (nếu có) được chuyển về đúng phương thức/tài khoản đã dùng để thanh toán, trong khoảng 3–15 ngày làm việc tùy loại dịch vụ.Any refund is returned to the same payment method/account used at checkout, within roughly 3–15 business days depending on the service type.
