Điều khoản này áp dụng cho mọi khách hàng truy cập website atctrip.vn ("ATCtrip") do Công ty TNHH DATA ATC vận hành, để tìm hiểu, đặt và sử dụng các dịch vụ vé máy bay, tour du lịch, visa và phụ kiện du lịch. Khi tiếp tục sử dụng website hoặc đặt dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.These terms apply to every customer who accesses the atctrip.vn website ("ATCtrip"), operated by ATC DATA Company Limited, to browse, book and use flight, tour, visa and travel accessory services. By continuing to use the website or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

2. Vai trò của ATCtrip2. ATCtrip's role

ATCtrip là nền tảng trung gian kết nối khách hàng với hãng hàng không, đối tác lữ hành, đối tác dịch vụ visa và nhà cung cấp phụ kiện du lịch. Đối với vé máy bay, tour và visa, ATCtrip đóng vai trò hỗ trợ đặt chỗ/tư vấn/nộp hồ sơ; việc cung cấp dịch vụ cuối cùng (chuyến bay, chương trình tour, quyết định cấp visa) thuộc trách nhiệm của hãng bay, đối tác lữ hành hoặc cơ quan lãnh sự tương ứng.ATCtrip is an intermediary platform connecting customers with airlines, tour partners, visa service partners and travel accessory suppliers. For flights, tours and visas, ATCtrip's role is to support booking, consulting or document submission; the actual delivery of the service (the flight itself, the tour program, or the visa decision) remains the responsibility of the relevant airline, tour operator or consulate.

3. Thông tin và trách nhiệm của khách hàng3. Customer information and responsibilities

• Cung cấp thông tin chính xác, trung thực khi đặt dịch vụ (họ tên, ngày sinh, số điện thoại, giấy tờ tùy thân/hộ chiếu khi cần).Provide accurate, truthful information when booking (name, date of birth, phone number, ID/passport when required).
• Chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác của thông tin đã cung cấp; ATCtrip không chịu trách nhiệm về sai sót phát sinh do thông tin khách hàng cung cấp không đúng.Be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided; ATCtrip is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
• Thanh toán đầy đủ, đúng hạn theo yêu cầu của từng dịch vụ để giữ chỗ/xử lý đơn.Pay in full and on time as required by each service in order to secure the booking or have the order processed.

4. Đặt dịch vụ và xác nhận4. Booking and confirmation

Yêu cầu đặt dịch vụ trên website chỉ được coi là hoàn tất khi ATCtrip xác nhận qua điện thoại, tin nhắn hoặc email. Giá hiển thị trên website mang tính tham khảo tại thời điểm xem và có thể thay đổi cho đến khi được xác nhận và thanh toán.A booking request on the website is only considered final once ATCtrip confirms it by phone, message or email. Prices shown on the website are indicative at the time of viewing and may change until the booking is confirmed and paid for.

5. Hủy, đổi và hoàn tiền5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Việc hủy, đổi và hoàn tiền được thực hiện theo Hướng dẫn hoàn hủy vé, kết hợp với chính sách riêng của hãng bay, đối tác lữ hành hoặc đối tác dịch vụ visa liên quan.Cancellations, changes and refunds follow the cancellation & refund guide, together with the specific policy of the relevant airline, tour operator or visa service partner.

6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm6. Limitation of liability

• ATCtrip không chịu trách nhiệm về việc thay đổi lịch bay, hoãn/hủy chuyến do hãng hàng không quyết định.ATCtrip is not liable for schedule changes or flight delays/cancellations decided by the airline.
• ATCtrip không chịu trách nhiệm về kết quả xét duyệt visa do cơ quan lãnh sự/đại sứ quán quyết định.ATCtrip is not liable for visa outcomes, which are decided by the relevant consulate/embassy.
• ATCtrip không chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng dịch vụ do đối tác lữ hành, khách sạn hoặc bên vận chuyển trực tiếp cung cấp, ngoài phạm vi đã cam kết khi xác nhận đặt chỗ.ATCtrip is not liable for the quality of services provided directly by tour operators, hotels or carriers, beyond what was committed to at the time of booking confirmation.

7. Sở hữu trí tuệ7. Intellectual property

Toàn bộ nội dung, hình ảnh, logo và giao diện trên website ATCtrip thuộc quyền sở hữu của Công ty TNHH DATA ATC hoặc được sử dụng hợp pháp. Không sao chép, phát hành lại nếu chưa được sự đồng ý.All content, images, logos and interface elements on the ATCtrip website are owned by ATC DATA Company Limited or used with proper authorization. Copying or republishing without consent is not permitted.
